If you are a client and are using these Services, you continue to be bound by and will comply with the requirements of all agreements you received when you first became a client, or which you have received since. You also agree to comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations.
Your Duties When Using the Services
Use of the Services; Restrictions.
Prohibited Use: BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE NOT TO:
– use information provided by Investors United Title Corp. through the Services in making any loan-related decisions;
– provide/post/authorize a link to any of the Services (including but not limited to an agent profile page) from a third-party website that is not a real estate related website owned or operated by a real estate or lending professional or institution;
– remove or modify any copyright or other intellectual property notices that appear in the Services;
– use the Services for resale, service bureau, time-sharing, or other similar purposes;
– use the Services in any way that is unlawful or harms Investors United Title Corp., its service providers, suppliers, or any other user;
– distribute or post spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or similar communications through the Services;
– impersonate another individual or misrepresent your affiliation with another person or entity;
-reproduce, publicly display, or otherwise make accessible on or through any other website, application, or service any reviews, ratings, and/or profile information about real estate, lending, or other professionals, underlying images of or information about real estate listings, or other data or content available through the Services, except as explicitly permitted by Investors United Title Corp. for a particular portion of the Services;
– upload invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents to the Services;
– interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security of the Services or otherwise bypass any measures Investors United Title Corp. may use to prevent or restrict access to the Services;
– conduct automated queries (including screen and database scraping, spiders, robots, crawlers, bypassing “captcha” or similar precautions, and any other automated activity with the purpose of obtaining information from the Services) on the Services;
– use any of Investors United Title Corp.’s trademarks without approval, including but not limited to using them as part of your business name, screen name, or email address on the Services;
– access or use any of the Services to develop competitive products or services; or
– attempt to or permit or encourage any third-party to do any of the above
You further agree that you are solely responsible for any actions you undertake while using these Services. The Services may perform in conjunction with and rely on the availability of the Internet. You acknowledge that Investors United is not responsible for Internet communication errors or failures. From time to time, due to the performance of maintenance, malfunctions or failures of software, equipment, or telecommunications devices, unusual transaction volume, or similar reasons the Services may not be available for your use. We minimize the periods of time during which the Services are unavailable. You agree that we shall not be responsible for any loss, damages, costs, or expenses which you may suffer or incur, directly or indirectly, as a result of the unavailability of the Services, regardless of whether it could be shown that we could have prevented or reduced the duration of such unavailability by taking any action within our reasonable control. We shall also not be responsible for any loss, damages, costs, or expenses which you may suffer or incur, directly or indirectly, as a result of your inability to access the Services caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by your computer or mobile device, your inability to establish a connection to the Internet, your Internet Service Provider (“ISP”), or capacity or other limitations or constraints of the Internet. Although we try to provide accurate and timely information, there may be inadvertent, technical, or factual inaccuracies and typographical errors. For these reasons we cannot warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information, text, graphics, links, or other items which may be displayed.

INVESTORS UNITED TITLE CORP. DOES NOT, AND THE SERVICES ARE NOT INTENDED TO, PROVIDE FINANCIAL OR REAL ESTATE ADVICE. INVESTORS UNITED TITLE CORP. IS NOT A LAW FIRM OR LENDER. THIS IS YOUR NOTICE THAT INVESTORS UNITED TITLE CORP. IS A LICENSED TITLE INSURANCE AGENCY, BUT WILL NOT REPRESENT ANY PARTY IN A TRANSACTION.
Third-Party/Linked Services/Sent information.
Feedback. If you choose to provide input and suggestions regarding the Services, including related to any Investors United Title Corp. (“Feedback”), then you hereby grant Investors United Title Corp. an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free right to use the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose, including to improve the Services or create other products and services.
DMCA; Claims of Copyright Infringement. Investors United Title Corp. respects the intellectual property rights of others and asks that everyone using the Services do the same. Anyone who believes that their work has been reproduced on the Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement may notify Investors United Title Corp. LLC’s copyright agent in accordance with Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), by providing the following information
